SCERT D.El.Ed Admission 2022
State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT), Assam has issued an official notification regarding the admission of Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed). SCERT has invited online applications from the eligible candidates for the Pre-Entry Test (PET)-2022 of Diploma in Elementary Education. Candidates who are eligible as per the official admission notice can submit their online applications within the last date of application for the admissions.

Eligibility Criteria for D.El.Ed Admission
Educational Qualification: The applicant must have passed Higher Secondary (10+2) or its equivalent examination from recognised Boards/Councils with at least 50% marks in aggregate excluding marks secured in extra optional. (For candidates belonging to SC/ST category there will be relaxation of 5% of marks in aggregate).
Appearing Students: Candidates who are appearing in Higher Secondary or its equivalent final examination may also apply to appear in the Pre-Entry Test (PET)-2022. However, they have to submit their Marks details & upload their scanned copy of original/provisional marksheet before the declaration of result of PET-2022 by login to their account through the online application portal https://scertpet.in.
Age Limit: The applicant must not be less than 18 years and not more than 34 years as on 1st July 2022. There will be relaxation by 2 years for candidates belonging to SC, ST (P) and ST (H) categories.
Reservation: Reservation of seats for the candidates belonging to reserved categories including OBC/MOBC, SC, ST(P), ST(H), Person with Disability (PWD) will be as per Reservation Policy.
Application Fee: Rs.600.00 (Rupees Six Hundred Only) for all categories to be paid online (Internet Banking/ Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Wallet).
Admit Card: Candidates will able to download their Admit Cards from SCERT Assam D.El.Ed PET Admit Card or the official website of SCERT from 20th May 2022 by entering their Registration Number and Date of Birth generated during online submission of application.
Pre-Entry Test (PET) Venue: The venue for the Pre-Entry Test (PET) will be DIET/HS School of a District. However depending upon the number of candidates the Pre-Entry Test may be held in nearby school/college etc. The venue for the Pre Entry Test will be indicated in the Admit Card of the candidates.
How to Apply for Assam D.El.Ed Admission?
Candidates who are interested on this course and want to take admission need to follow below provided steps to complete their application. Only candidates who are eligible as per official notification are able to submit their application through online portal of SCERT. Candidates can follow the following steps to complete their application process.

- Click on Online Application Link.
- After that an official portal of SCERT, Assam will be loaded.
- Inside that portal, you have to complete your application process by entering all the asked details.
- After entering the details, you will have to upload the scanned files required to complete the process.
- After uploading, you will have to pay your application fee according to your category.
- After payment, your application for admission to D.El.Ed will be submitted.
- You will need to take a print out of your acknowledgment copy of the application for future reference.
